The People Behind T&D Services St. George
Danielle — Co-Owner & Business Operations
Â
Danielle brings more than 25 years of experience in social work and 7 years in property management, where she worked primarily with low-income and refugee communities. That experience gave her a firsthand experience and understanding of the challenges that can come with items illegally dumped, abandoned property, eviction clean outs, property turnovers, storage unit cleanouts, overall cleanouts, and preparing homes for their next residents.
She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned a resale boutique, worked as a reseller, and operates her own handcrafted soap business for years. She has also developed social-service programs and secured grants and community partnerships, including funding for a playground at a transitional housing center.
At T&D, Danielle handles the business and customer side of the company, including communication, scheduling, estimates, paperwork, invoicing, and keeping projects organized.
As a mother of four and a former foster parent to many teens, Danielle has spent much of her life balancing people, projects, responsibilities, and sometimes a little bit of chaos. At T&D, she brings that same ability to organize, communicate, problem-solve, and keep things moving. She handles the business operations, customer communication, scheduling, paperwork, estimates, invoicing, and the many details behind the scenes that keep a job running smoothly.
Trent — Co-Owner & Field Operations
Â
Trent brings 26 years of hands-on experience in the trailer industry to T & D Services St. George. His career has included trailer manufacturing, production supervision, running plant operations, parts, management, sales, trailer repairs, and modifications. He also started and operated two trailer dealerships from the ground up, giving him experience in both the hands-on and business sides of the industry.
Danielle was already working in property management when Trent was hand selected as a maintenance technician at another property similar to Danielle's. When Danielle's property did not have a maintenance tech, she asked Trent to help. He brought his extensive hands-on knowledge and problem-solving experience to the properties she managed, and the two began working together professionally as well as continuing to work together on their own projects. Over the past few years, his work in property maintenance has given him firsthand experience on many occasions with the challenges property managers and property owners face, including abandoned properties, items illegally left or dumped on properties, cleanouts, rental turnovers, repairs, and preparing homes for their next residents. Together, Trent and Danielle have also handled junk removal, furniture removal, property cleanouts, post estate sale cleanouts and clean ups, post auction clean ups and other side projects over the years.
Trent believes in doing things correctly, treating people with respect, and taking pride in his work. As a husband and father, he has also taught his children the importance of hard work, responsibility, and integrity. Today, he brings his technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, hands-on experience, and strong work ethic to T & D Services.
Why We Built T&D Services?
T&D Services grew out of experience, not a business idea on paper. We've spent years working with properties, maintaining buildings, solving problems, working with customers, and handling the hands-on work that comes with getting a property ready for its next use. We've also worked together long enough to know we make a good team.
We're building T&D as a family business because we value hard work, reliability, clear communication, and doing what we say we're going to do.
We're also committed to looking beyond the landfill whenever practical. Usable items can often be reused, resold, donated, or recycled instead of simply thrown away. Those items can benefit families, individuals, agencies, thrift stores, and community organizations while reducing unnecessary waste.
T&D isn't just a business we're starting. It's something we're building together as a family. T&D Services St. George.
